Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine emphasizes the Importance of Open and Clear Relations between Russia and Ukraine in the Gas Sphere.

Giving answers regarding the latest "gas agreements" between Ukraine and Russia, V. Lytvyn expressed the thought that "first of all it is necessary to analyze these documents and after that evaluate them."

"The Treaties between our countries are supposed to be clear and open and such that do not remain any ambiguities", - the Leader of the Parliament stressed.

"It is obvious that gas treaties are not be more efficient only for one part for Russia or Ukraine, there should be mutual result."
